Introduction:

Clopidogrel is interactive with omeprazole, esomeprazole, cimetidine, fluconazole, ketoconazole, voriconazole, etravirine, felbamate, fluoxetine, fluvoxamine, and ticlopidine. So their concomitant usage should be avoided. It should be carefully administered with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDS) and warfarin.
